The deadline for the submission of manuscripts for the upcoming issue is always
September 30 of the previous year (i.e. the deadline for the 116/2025 issue was
30 September 2024, etc.). The editorial board reviews submitted manuscripts
at its autumn meeting in late October / early November. Based on the recommendation
of the editorial board, the editors choose one of the following options:
1. Acceptance of the manuscript and its advancement to the peer review process;
2. The return of the manuscript to the authors with a request to supplement / correct the text before resubmission;
3. Rejection of the manuscript. Manuscripts are evaluated anonymously by two independent reviewers.
Should it be required by the nature of a submitted text, the editors can request
an additional review by a relevant specialist. Based on the reviews, the editors
will evaluate the seriousness of the necessary modifications and, upon agreement
with the author (or corresponding author in the case of a collective of authors),
request that they be taken into consideration. The author or corresponding author
then sends the complete corrected manuscript to the editors for editing. During
the process of editing, the author is required to cooperate in removing factual
errors and other problems. The author’s failure to provide the proper degree
of cooperation can cause a delay in publication.

Following the editorial guidelines for both text and image attachments will
speed up the publication of your manuscript. Manuscripts can be rejected due
to the poor language level of the text.
